Estel m-POS back end server is called Payment Gateway, and it performs three main functions:
- Transaction Processing: since this module links the merchant m-POS device to acquiring bank / payment service provider, it receives, processes & manages transactions between Merchant m-POS Device & Acquiring Bank Switch, and applies business & anti-fraud rules as applicable
- Merchant Management: this manages merchant onboarding and device registration & activation, and then merchant & device authentication for each transaction
- Reporting: this enables real time view of transactions at multiple levels, and export of data to external BI systems for detailed analysis
Two-Step Verification - User needs to verify and create important login credentials to have secure access on the admin panel and to connect a registered device.
